Business Development Manager

We have a fantastic position for someone looking to grow a company strategy with a passion for customer and content acquisition / retention. Our client is a leading service provider to the publishing industry based in Central London, they are now seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team.

This will suit someone who loves building relationships and takes the time to get the best out of your customers, getting to know their individual needs and requirements. You will always be thinking about what else you can offer them, and how else you can give them a better service. This knowledge will also help you develop marketing strategies and campaigns to target new audiences and retain their existing customer base.

This role reports into the team's Director and works closely with management as well as the marketing and sales teams to support them in measuring their effectiveness and will continually look at processes, policies and systems for improvements to help the company achieve their goals.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills. You will have prior client relationship management as well as the ability to work on multiple projects, working to deadlines and budget.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary and commission package.
