They are now looking to recruit a Business Development Manager. This is a very exciting new role that has been created to help develop sales, partnerships and increase the profile of their products by proactive networking, speaking at events internationally, and creating effective marketing pieces.
Although a background in phonics is not necessary, you must be able to articulate why phonics are the most effective way to fluency in literacy by reading reports and analysing the supporting data and research.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the ability to solution sell, influence decision makers and develop strategic relationships.
Although currently travel is restricted, when this eventually lifts and the world opens up again, this role will include extensive travel to key territories.
This role will be office based in the offices based in Chigwell in Essex.
