Business Operations Manager

Do you have experience in operations or inventory and are looking for your next step up? Our client is a leading service provider to the publishing industry based in Central London, they are now seeking a Business Operations Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, the Business Operations Manager will be responsible for putting together detailed sales reporting alongside warehouse stock and inventory analysis for their publisher and retail accounts. The Business Operations Manager will work closely with the sales team to support them in measuring their effectiveness and will continually look at processes, policies and systems for improvements to help the team achieve their goals. This role will also be the contact in the supply chain to make sure customers receive books on time and ensure stock is held at the optimum level.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in an operations or inventory environment in an analytical roles, as well as excellent communication skills, able to work with stakeholders at all levels. This is a fantastic opportunity for an analytical and organised individual with a strong sense of initiative looking to join a small team in a varied role.
