Business Operations Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Operations Manager to join the team of a leading provider of publishing services in an operational role, working with distributed 3rd party publishers to design workflows, find efficiencies and solutions. This is a hybrid role, and can be based 2 days a week in the London or Milton Keynes office with the remaining 3 days working from home.

The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the improvement of internal processes and business operations, working closely with customer services, sales, client relations, credit control and warehouse operations. This role will be key in identifying, developing and directing business improvements that will positively impact clients and customers as well as improve employee engagement and experience.

This is a Business Operations role - and therefore an understanding of how complex supply chains work and how these should be balanced with business needs and operational considerations is important, as well as more general project management skills. An ideal candidate could be working in production or in sales with a strong interest in driving processes, and designing and documenting new ways of doing things. Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work both internally and with external partners will be important, as well superb analytical and problem solving skills.

For a full description of the role, please send your CV with a brief paragraph outlining your relevant skills.

Closing Date: Early applications may be prioritised.
