Business Project Coordinator

A leading audio company based in Berkshire has a (Remote Working) vacancy for a Business Project Coordinator to join their busy team working across an exciting range of publishing projects including their magazine launch. This position is a new role within the company due to an significant expansion, and is an integral position.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being busy and is looking for that next challenge. You will be working on specific projects across the business, with a focus on content and liaising with their magazine and book publishing partners.

You will enjoy a diverse role and thrive on doing a variety of tasks including contract management and negotiation across various electronic formats. Experience working within magazine publishing would be an advantage. You will have experience of writing and proposing business processes and distribution agreements, and a good understanding of digital and electronic agreements.

You will be liaising with the clients and other content partners so will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Key attributes include good administration and record keeping, an eye for detail, the ability to negotiate and stand your ground, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to prioritise your workload and maintain a high standard of accuracy when under pressure. The position requires computer literacy with experience of Word and Excel at an advanced level, as well as a good comprehension of various database systems.
