We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Support Executive to join our client, a world-leading publisher of audio-books and digital media based in Berkshire.
We are looking for a methodical and organised individual comfortable with both core administration work as well as customer-facing support. The successful candidate will be extremely well organised, happy to take on a varied workload on projects across the business, and have a real interest in digital content. As an integral part of the team, key responsibilities will include:
- Running data reports via Excel
- Helping with various project work across the business
- Liaising with partners and publishers across the globe
- Customer facing liaison and support
- General administration
- Ad-hoc special projects
The successful candidate will have experience in a business support role, such as an EA or PA or Assistant position, and be an advanced Excel user. You will also ideally have experience in InDesign. Strong communication and exceptional administration skills are an absolute must, as well as a strong interest in working for a digital first organisation.
