Campaign Manager

Our client plays a pivotal role in supporting teachers around the world through its print and digital education publications and is seeking a Campaign Manager to join their Education team. This role offers flexible hybrid / remote working.

As Campaign Manager your main remit will be to drive growth of their subscription business delivering strategic, effective, and successful multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in planning and executing campaigns and providing insights and analysis to senior stakeholders. The Campaign Manager will have the opportunity to:

  • Devise, deliver and manage strategic multi-channel direct marketing campaigns to acquire and retain customers to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Work to a budget, meeting deadlines for multiple projects and ensuring ROI on all marketing campaigns.
  • Review and track campaign performance against KPIs - adjusting a campaign in response to maximise success.
  • Identify and champion all opportunities to maximise subscription / membership growth.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to optimise and build amazing customer experiences.
  • Maintain constant awareness of competition, products, marketing, and sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Create monthly analytic reports to show ROI of campaigns across all channels.
  • Implement and utilise CRM marketing automation and strategy to ensure campaigns are targeted and effective.

This is a varied and hands-on role that would suit a highly self-motivated and creative marketing professional with strong experience in a direct marketing role - preferably in a B2B and/or education environment. The Campaign Manager will ideally have a proven track record of executing successful revenue driving campaigns and possess excellent copywriting skills and the ability to develop engaging campaigns for a targeted audience. An eye for detail and top-notch communication skills are a must, and experience of social media planning and audience engagement would be desirable, but not essential.
