Change Communications Executive

We are looking for a Change Communications Executive to work for a well-known global publisher on a 6 month fixed term contract within their technology division. This role would suit a highly organised individual with communications experience within a technology change programme who can develop and deliver a range of communications materials.

 

Key duties:

  • Responsible for drafting communications and seeking approval from the necessary stakeholders
  • Deliver content via a range of digital communications tools
  • Be able to translate technology change impacts to the wider business
  • Continuously measure the impact of your communications activity to ensure they ‘hit the mark’, adapting when necessary
  • Other duties such as event planning

Experience / skills required:

  • Previous experience in change communications on a technology change programme
  • An ability to translate technology change impacts to the wider business
  • Be able to juggle multiple deadlines with ease, making sure what you deliver fits the required quality and budget
  • Able to draft communications quickly, such as minutes and presentation slides
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
