Client Integration Coordinator

Our client hosts an online platform which gives academic students access to millions of textbooks and study materials through their unique log ins. They are based in Milton Keynes and are now looking for a Client Integration Coordinator to act as first point of contact for publishers and effectively manage key relationships.

Key responsibilities for this position will be supporting the communication and managing timelines with publishers, being first point of contact and supporting teams internally and externally. You will also be validating print and ebook files and title metadata and identifying and reporting any errors to publisher and successfully working to get issue resolved.

For this position, we are looking for someone with strong customer service and administration skills, and aptitude for database systems, experience with web browsers, Excel and Word applications.
