Client Integration Coordinator (Publishing Technology)
Do you strive to provide excellent customer service and have experience of working in client services or account liaison? A leading publishing technology company and distributor of online publications is looking for a Client Integration Coordinator to join their team in Buckinghamshire. You will be working with publishers as their first point of contact to ensure smooth integration and set-up, overseeing the processing of digital files.
Key duties:
- Act as the first point of contact for client publishers reporting errors with data ingestion or dissemination errors
- Oversee the processing of digital files to ensure accurate and timely processing of information in line with specifications
- Coordinate integration activities on behalf of the client, supporting communication of the timeline and action plan to publishers
- Manage the effectiveness of the plan, during the set-up phase and as required, recommending changes as necessary
- Monitor and follow quality assurance processes specific to digital file and metadata specifications
- Validate print and ebook files and title metadata; identifying and reporting any errors working to get issue resolved
- Provide file and ad hoc metadata analysis reports pulled and compiled from various systems
Experience / skills required:
- Proven customer service experience and administrative skills
- Aptitude for database systems and experience with web browsers, Excel and Word applications
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a varied workload
- Ability to act on initiative and an adaptable approach
- Ability to build a positive customer experience, while meeting or exceeding the customers’ expectations
- An interest in publishing and technology solutions would be a bonus
