Our client is an innovative technology company within the Higher Education space. They host an online platform which gives academic / higher education students access to millions of textbooks and study materials. They are based in Milton Keynes and have an exciting opportunity for a Client Integration Specialist to effectively manage key relationships with higher education institutions and manage the smooth on-boarding process of the client integration with the platform.
As Client Integration Specialist you will maintain impeccable records, and have a firm grasp of customer needs. Responsibilities include: understanding a client's needs and providing a solution by setting up, testing, and maintaining the systems, supporting LMS integrations, assisting in communicating the software features, testing client integration set-ups and trouble-shooting issues that arise, and utilizing feedback from customer to build customer satisfaction.
For this position, we are looking for someone with excellent customer service or account management experience and an aptitude for database systems, as well as strong Excel skills and ideally experience in a SaaS environment.
