Our client is a leading service provider to the publishing industry based in Melbourne, Australia - they are looking for a Client Services Representative to join the team based in the office 3 days a week, and 2 days working from home.
The Client Services Representative will be responsible for supporting the sales team and their clients who are publishers to set up print-on-demand publications, and provide advice on their other services in order to achieve sales growth targets for the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Act as the main point of contact for all client service calls and emails
- Process all publishing enquiries
- Producing and coordinating reports for customers
- Maintain systems including CMS and CSS
- Support the marketing team with campaigns
The successful candidate will have a customer focused approach with proven experience working in a customer service, or client liaison role. A strong aptitude for database systems and Microsoft Office is essential as well as good problem-solving skills and a flexible and positive approach to work.
