A successful charity and membership body are seeking a personable, organised, energetic team player, with a can do attitude, to join their business as a Conference and Events Coordinator.
This is an extremely exciting and varied role involving all planning, execution and management of their annual programme of events, providing a forum for research, debate and networking to all who attend.
Situated in Central London the successful candidate will use fantastic organisation, prioritisation and initiative to book and liaise with event venues and third party companies and stakeholders, manage, track and analyse budgets, complete administrative duties and brief, oversee and co-ordinate all staff and event volunteers in the lead up and duration of the events.
Fantastic communication and relationship building skills will also be required to attract sponsorship and funding, maintain relationships with current and prospective supporters and work closely with colleagues to ensure a successful marketing, publicity and social media campaign is delivered.
If you are a flexible, diplomatic, driven professional with two years of experience running, organising and operating events, a proven track record of delivering projects within budget and are proficient in MS Office and web content management we would love to hear from you!
