Content Development Manager (ELT)

We have an exciting opening for an Editor to join the ELT team of a leading educational publisher in their offices in Warsaw, Poland.  Working with a project team, you will lead and manage the development for a portfolio of secondary school level ELT products.

 

Key duties:

  • Manage the content creation and development of products
  • Support the portfolio manager in market analysis and idea generation for content and prototype development
  • Review competitor analysis and develop comprehensive writing briefs
  • Manage in-house editors freelancers for assigned projects
  • Stay up to date with the needs and current trends of the ELT publishing market

 

Experience / skills required:

  • Proven editorial experience within ELT publishing
  • ELT teaching experience
  • Strong editorial and project management skills
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • An ELT qualification would be an advantage
  • University / College degree or equivalent in linguistics, foreign languages or a related field
