This innovative company is looking to appoint a Content Management Assistant who will work primarily with the Production team in addition to overseeing the creation of digital archives. You will also work across other departments in the business providing assistance and coming up with new ideas on attracting new content. Our client offers hybrid working with two days in the office and three days working from home.
- Preparing, importing and arranging publication of PDF files on behalf of client publishers
- Working with the internal content management software to review PDF files
- Assisting in the production process of creating digital magazine archives
- Assisting with ad hoc production tasks and providing administrative support to the production, sales and marketing team.
You will be able to work efficiently, be highly organised and will have first class interpersonal and communication skills. With excellent MS Office and time-management skills, some experience in an admin-based role within publishing would be an advantage.
