Content Management Assistant

We have a wonderful new role for a Content Management Assistant to join an innovative publishing subscription company based in central London, offering an excellent salary, hybrid working (1-2 days per week in the office) and the chance to develop a long lasting career, working amongst a friendly supportive and inclusive team of publishing professionals!

The Content Management Assistant will work primarily with the production team who are responsible for publishing content issues on behalf of the company's publishing partners, as well as overseeing the creation of digital archives. Responsibilities will include (amongst others):

  • Preparing, importing and arranging publication of PDF files on behalf of magazine and book publishers
  • Working with internal content management software to review PDF files, organise uploads and oversee publication of issues
  • Managing relationships with clients and assisting with any ad-hoc publisher requests the production team are responsible for
  • Assisting in the production process of creating digital magazine archives for existing publishing clients as well as new publishers.
  • Assisting with ad hoc production tasks and providing administrative support to the production, sales and marketing team.
  • Coming up with suggestions on ways to acquire more content.

The ideal Content Management Assistant will be a highly efficient and organised team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), and be confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, etc). Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and good time-management are a must, along with some experience in an admin-based role or in a publishing / related environment.
