We have a new exciting and fully remote role with a prestigious academic publisher! They are looking to appoint a Content Operations professional to join their Content Solutions team looking after issues and improvements across their systems, workstreams and vendors.
The role can be fully home based within the UK, and will be responsible for:
- Assisting the Content Solutions team with problems and new solutions that may arise with suppliers and systems using data analysis tools
- Supporting the Operations Managers on initiatives pertaining to supplier management
- Working on the implementation of new solutions across the company's platforms and operating procedures
- Taking part in workshops and events to help continuously improve policies and processes
We are looking for candidates with strong analytical skills and who will be confident coordinating multiple processes at once. Training will be provided, but a basic grasp of XML will be very helpful to have!
