Content Data Assistant/ Coordinator

Do you have some experience in Academic Publishing or are you looking to start your career in Academic Publishing? Do you have strong excel skills and an analytical mind? A leading Academic Publisher is looking for a Content Solutions Assistant/Coordinator to join their Content Solutions team. In this role you will be working with colleagues to identify problem areas with suppliers and systems using process improvement and data analysis techniques. This is a full-time permanent role and can be done remotely from anywhere in the UK.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identify problem areas with suppliers and systems using process improvement and data analysis techniques
  • Support the implementation of solutions across our platforms and operations
  • Participate in continuous improvement events including projects, workshops, etc to help improve production workflows, processes, and policies etc

What you’ll have:

  • Some experience or interest in Academic publishing operations/workflows i.e. as production assistant or intern
  • A keen interest in data and have excellent analytical skills
  • Strong Excel knowledge
  • XML experience would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given
