Contract Coordinator

We are working with a highly successful independent publisher of audio-books to find a Contracts Coordinator to join their friendly team for 5 months. The main focus of the role will be managing the administration of contracts and royalties for the Publishing Services team. The role is a contract, full-time and offers hybrid working (can be fully remote) in the company's office in the East Midlands.

You will be:

  • Drawing up and organising new contracts
  • Updating contract addenda with any changes to terms
  • Ensuring templates are up to date with agent and publisher information
  • Track contract lifelines to see if a renewal is required
  • Support with tracking of budgets for rights advances
  • Manage the administration of royalty statements
  • Maintain the in-house databases (SAP)
  • Helping with ad-hoc royalty/contract queries and administration

You will be an organised individual with a strong knowledge of contracts and royalty statements as well as a keen eye for detail since you will managing multiple databases. Exceptional Excel skills (VLookUps and PivotTables) will also be key. You will have great communicative skills, engaging with international partners. An enthusiasm for audiobooks and book publishing will also be a bonus!
