Contracts Executive

Our client is looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Contracts Executive to join their dynamic team. The Contracts Executive will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and ensuring the efficient execution of contractual documents, whilst working closely with various departments and external partners.

Key responsibilities include

  • Negotiating, drafting, and finalising contracts for content across all divisions,
  • Collaborating with Editorial staff to address queries and provide contractual support, and liaising with departments such as Royalties, Rights, and Legal to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintaining accurate records of contract progress
  • Working collaboratively with other Contracts Executives to meet organisational goals.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and addenda, a thorough understanding of standard contractual terms, exceptional attention to detail, and strong organisational skills. The ability to prioritise a varied workload, handle queries efficiently, and have excellent knowledge of Biblio is essential.
