Contracts Manager

A leading independent trade book publishing house is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to manage contractual agreements with a broad range of clients including authors, illustrators and overseas publishers.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll negotiate contracts with external partners and work closely with your colleagues in Foreign Rights, Sales and Editorial to create a range of agreements across the company. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on contracts with merchandise companies and other joint venture partners.

Experience with book publishing contracts is required so if your background is in Contracts, Legal or Business Affairs and you've worked on book agreements we'd love to hear from you.
