Production Director

In July 2018, Curious Universe was created as a result of an exciting collaboration between 2 separate publishing companies, Bookoli and Hinkler. This unique venture brings together a wealth of experience and creativity from the opposite sides of the globe, producing exceptional, innovative and affordable products for everyone to enjoy.

The Production Director will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Procurement, Compliance and Production Control teams, ensuring that our innovative products are compliant, manufactured on budger, delivered on schedule and are of high quality.

Skills & Experience

• An experienced production director/senior manager looking for a step up.
• Experienced people manager, adept at developing and motivating staff and comfortable managing a team through others.
• Sourcing/developing product (print and component) from the Far East and significant experience of doing business in China.
• Working to tight schedules and budgets whilst ensuring compliance and quality control.
