Curriculum Expert

Our client, a leading international education company based in London is seeking a creative Curriculum Expert to help shape their new product development. This role offers remote working and welcomes applications from those looking to work either part-time or full-time.

The Curriculum Expert will be responsible for working closely with Ministries of Education in emerging markets to analyse and understand the local curriculum requirements and develop the company's education materials in line with international frameworks, mapping the resources to the individual market's curriculum. It will require writing proposals around curriculum and resources, liaising with teachers, as well as the professional development and editorial teams to help develop outstanding educational products to suit emerging markets. Working alongside a team in the UK, as well as traveling occasionally to across the globe, you will offer consultative support on the services offered to help Ministries of Education make informed decisions around education, with a view to developing innovative and market appropriate resources tailored to the different needs across the curriculum.

The ideal candidate will have experience of curriculum development in the K-12 / international education space, and be passionate about teaching and learning. You will need to have experience of working with Ministries of governments as well as demonstrable experience in curriculum frameworks, having worked preferably with digital material. You will also be able to build and manage senior level relationships and have excellent communication skills.
