Custom Publishing & Licensing Project Lead

Our client, a highly successful global educational publisher, has an exciting opportunity for a Custom Publishing and Licensing Project Lead to join their friendly and supportive team. This role offers an excellent salary and benefits package, as well as flexible, hybrid working, with the ideal candidate being able to work 2 days per week from the company's central London office.

As Custom Publishing and Licensing Project Lead you will take responsibility for the project management of print and digital projects from proposal through to publication for both Custom Publishing and Licensing projects - including from preparation and submission of business cases, to the set-up, running and delivering of projects. The Project Lead will be responsible for driving and directing the project team and for managing resource, schedules, budgets, and delivery of assigned projects, ensuring quality and value targets are set and met.

The ideal Project Lead will have strong organisational and editorial skills and good experience of managing multiple components or projects in a publishing environment, as well as a broad understanding of the global ELT market. Experience of education either as a teacher or through having worked in educational publishing would be beneficial.
