Do you have exceptional customer service skills? Are you looking for a new challenge where you can use your first line customer support experience? An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Customer Account Administrator to join a Publishing services business based in London on a 12 month FTC.
The purpose of this role is to provide front line support to incoming customer queries and to maintain customer records, to ensure all are up to date. You will also help with renewals and carry out other day-to-day activities.
Key responsibilities of a Customer Account Administrator would include:
- Handling customer queries
- Being the main point of contact for customers' accounts
- Generate invoices
- Systems and Data Management
- General administration
The successful candidate will be organised with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You will have proven professional customer service skills, as well as a thorough understanding of computer-based order entry system, CRM style systems, Outlook, Excel and Word.
