An innovative education-focused publishing subscription agency based in Oxford has a fantastic opportunity for a Customer and Sales Support Administrator. This new role offers a competitive salary and is based out of our client's Oxford office working amongst a friendly, inclusive and very supportive team, with the possibility to work from home 1 day/week.
This varied and pivotal role will suit an organised and unflappable individual with excellent communication skills (written and verbal), where you will have the opportunity to provide support across the business, including to sales, marketing and senior management. No two days will be the same, and responsibilities will include (amongst others):
- Acting as the first port of call for all after-sales queries and liaising with our publisher partners
- Undertaking administrative tasks to support the sales team
- Marketing activities such as contacting subscribers for testimonials
- Database management
- Supporting the administration and promotion of webinars
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team
The ideal Customer and Sales Support Administrator will have strong customer service experience, and be a confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). You will have excellent organisation and communication skills, as well as a problem solving approach to your work. You will also be a collaborative team player and adept at learning new systems.
