Our client is a world leading professional membership body with offices all over the world. We are delighted to be working with them to hire a Customer Engagement Associate to join them based in their Hong Kong office.
This role will form part of their learning and development team where you will be responsible for managing the administration of their courses in Hong Kong and overseas, in addition you would manage relationships with their tutors and consultants. As the first point of contact, this role will be responsible for answering client queries and providing information on the course content, as well as manage bookings to the agreed budget level.
We are looking for a candidate able to demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills, supplier management and have the ability to manage course and events administration to strict deadlines whilst offering an exceptional level of service. You will have excellent communication skills and have high levels of organisation and prioritisation skills.
This role will be based in Hong Kong with two weeks initially based in their London office for training.
