Customer Sales Support Assistant

Do you have outstanding customer service skills , able to problem solve and worked in an office/ admin environment or even worked in a book store?

A leading Audiobook Publisher is looking to appoint a Customer Sales Support Assistant to act as main point of contact for a portfolio of library clients, and deliver excellent customer service. Based in their Berkshire office, and reporting to the Customer Services Manager, this person will be responsible for:

• Answer customer queries in a positive and effective manner, both via e-mail and over the phone
• Assist the senior team with ad hoc office duties
• Support the Sales team with meeting and presentations, and assist with he creation of sales presentations and other materials
• Create sales reports for library clients
