Our client based in Central London are looking for a Customer Service & Marketing Assistant to join their team.
As Customer Service & Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting customer acquisition and retention, responsible for qualifying UK and international leads before passing onto the sales team. Within this role, you will also be creating and coordinating marketing campaigns and collateral.
Building strong relationships with target customers (schools) will be key, being first point of contact through email, telephone and social media, ensuring you are updating the CRM system with sales leads.
You will also be designing and editing copy for key marketing materials including newsletters, adverts, banners, flyers/leaflets and other marketing collateral.
This is a fantastic position working for a growing educational assessment provider for a creative candidate, with strong marketing experience and someone who is able to build strong relationships with customers. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and experience within a customer focused/marketing position.
