Calling all Customer Service experts!
Our client, based in the city of London, develops high quality and globally accepted international financial reporting standards. They are looking for a Customer Services Representative on a 12 month FTC to ensure the best service for their global customers and to assist them in purchasing products. This role reports into the Customer Services Manager and is an important role within the company as you will directly contribute to the annual revenue.
In this role you will:
* Deal with customer enquiries, mostly via e-mail
* Process all orders and payments
* Assist with end of the month reporting
* Assist with marketing and customer reporting
This is a great opportunity to gain experience and transferable skills within the publishing industry. You will need previous customer service experience, proficiency in Excel and excellent e-mail writing skills.
