Customer Service Team Leader

Our client, based in the City of London, develops high quality and globally accepted international financial reporting standards. They are looking for a Customer Services Team Leader to lead the Customer Services team and ensure the best service for their global customers and internal stakeholders. This role reports into the Head of Publishing and is an important role within the company as you will directly contribute to the annual revenue in a globally facing role.

In this role you will:
·Work alongside the Customer Service Representatives to deliver a professional, high quality level of customer service
·Manage all of the organisations key accounts, ensuring they are well looked after and their requirements are met
·Coordinate and manage shipping and logistics operations for the organisation
·Supervising and contributing to the development of the Customer Service team
·Introduce workflow and process improvements

This is a great opportunity for an experienced customer service leader to join a vibrant, dedicated team of customer experts. You will be a proven leader, with a broad understanding of sales through e-commerce channels, CRM systems and databases.
