Customer Services Manager

Our client, a well-established book distribution company is looking for a Customer Services Manager to join their busy and friendly team.

Reporting directly to the MD, your role will be to manage their small customer services team, oversee orders and provide customer support. You’ll be based from the company’s offices in north London close to main transport links.

If you have previous customer service management experience, proven leadership and organisation skills and enjoy working hands-on in a fast-paced environment, this could be your next career step. A competitive salary is offered to the successful candidate.
