Customer Success Executive

Do you have exceptional customer service skills? Are you looking for a new challenge where you can use your first line customer support skills? An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Advisor to join a publishing services business based in Central London. This will be a hybrid role, based 2 days a week in the office, with 3 days working from home.

The purpose of this role is to provide front line support to incoming customer queries largely over the phone and to maintain customer records so they are up to date primarily using Salesforce and Excel. You will also help with renewals and carry out other day to day activities.

Your key responsibilities would include:

  • Handling customer queries
  • Being the main point of contact for customers' accounts
  • Daily reception Cover
  • Generate invoices
  • Systems and Data Management
  • General administration

The successful candidate will be highly organised with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You will have proven, professional customer service skills as well as a thorough understanding of computer-based order entry systems and CRM systems such as Salesforce, Outlook, Excel and Word. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, enthusiastic team in a lovely customer facing role.
