Customer Success Manager

Our client hosts an online platform which gives academic students access to millions of textbooks and study materials through their unique log ins. They are based in Milton Keynes and are now looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to support the institutions and users (Customers) to make sure that the platform is working effectively and that they are getting success from the platform and that there is overall customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a seasoned Account Manager looking for their next step. You will be skilled in retention and account management as well as problem solving and delivering solutions to any problems or issues incurred.

You will need to be:

·Customer focussed
·Great at presenting
·Strong project management skills
·Good stakeholder management skills
