They are looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to support the academic institutions and other customers to ensure overall customer satisfaction, drive solutions and maximise revenue for the company. The Customer Success Manager will also be responsible for relationship management, revenue retention, identification of areas for potential growth, and overall customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a seasoned Account Executive or Account Manager looking for their next step. You will ideally have strong presentation and project management skills, as well as experience problem solving and delivering solutions.
