Customer Success Manager - Desk

Our client is a leading professional publisher of legal products across print, digital and online resources. They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team responsible for understanding, targeting and selling to their markets and gaining a commanding brand presence.

This role will deliver high quality training to customers, sharing insights with the business to improve products, therefore for this role you must be comfortable presenting to groups and engaging with individuals, especially over the phone, with legal and tax professionals as well as comfortable handling objections.

You must be a product champion with the ability to use all the knowledge you've gained to upskill others across the business and identify potential selling opportunities.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in a customer facing environment including telesales, retail, sales, or customer service. Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills are key for this role, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt your style to the needs of your target audience. You must also have excellent time management and organisational skills as well as a genuine desire to drive successful outcomes for customers and an ability to identify and demonstrate product value.
