Customer Success Manager - Field

Our client is a leading professional publisher of legal products across print, digital and online resources. They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team responsible for understanding, targeting and selling to their markets and gaining a commanding brand presence.

The Customer Success Manager will develop and deliver bespoke support to customers by adopting a flexible approach to training and sharing insights with the business to improve products. In this role you would be a product knowledge champion who actively shares their knowledge to upskill others across the business. You would use all available data to identify and mitigate risk and identify potential selling opportunities.

The ideal candidate for this role with have excellent relationship-building skills with an ability to connect with people at all levels, as well as excellent time management and organisational skills. Great communications skills are also key with the ability to adapt your style to the needs of your target audience.

You must have experience of working in a commercially focused and/or a customer-facing environment along with the genuine desire to drive successful outcomes for customers and a natural ability to identify and demonstrate product value and make data-driven decisions.

This role will be based in the South East/ East of England /Remote with the need to travel to clients.

Drivers Licence and Car is essential for this role. (car allowance is given)
