Our client, a brilliant publishing services organisation based in Central London, are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join and support their Product team.
Joining the organisation at an exciting time, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
- setting up new schools on the Education Platform
- providing support to customers related to the use of the platform
- attending customer-facing events
- supporting the team with administration as necessary
To be considered for this position, we are looking for someone with strong communication and administration skills, ideally within a customer focused environment; the ability to liaise effectively over the phone ideally experience using CRM systems. If you have strong organisation skills, able to multi-task and prioritise accordingly, please get in touch as soon as possible.
