Customer Support Analyst

Our client, a leading professional organisation serving the library market is seeking a Customer Support Analyst to join their Customer Service Team based in the North East - this is a hybrid role working 3 days a week in the office. The role of the Customer Support Analyst will be to provide first line support for their customers with key responsibilities to include:

  • Receiving and logging support calls from customers via phone and email
  • Communicating with customers and internal staff to progress support calls
  • Advising customers on any changes in their system configuration
  • Liaising with Account Managers on customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining team process documentation using Sharepoint

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a customer support environment with a highly customer focused approach. Strong analytical skills are essential as well as an ability to communicate technical solutions to the customer using a non-technical language. Any education or experience in library or information management, as well as knowledge of processes within libraries would be a significant advantage in applying for this role.
