A leading Audiobook Publisher is looking to appoint a Customer Support Executive to act as main point of contact for a portfolio of library clients, and deliver excellent customer service. Based in their Berkshire office, and reporting to the Customer Services Manager, this person will be responsible for:
- Answer customer queries in a positive and effective manner, both via e-mail and over the phone
- Assist the senior team with ad hoc office duties
- Support the Sales team with meeting and presentations, and assist with he creation of sales presentations and other materials
- Create sales reports for library clients
