Data Journalist
Our client is a highly innovative and ambitious multimedia business publishing news and research reports in the climate and agriculture space - due to the growth of their research platform they are now looking to hire a Data Journalist to join their team working remotely in the UK to lead on data driven projects and articles.
Benefits
- Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
- Location: Remote based in the UK
- Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays
- 40 hours a week
- Fully remote
Must haves:
The preferred candidate will come with proven data journalism experience ideally within the tech start-up, climate, investment or agricultural sectors and strong b2b business journalism skills. You will have superb data analysis skills, an Excel wizard with the ability to collect, analyse and interpret data across large datasets.
The Role:
This role will involve the curation and management of a highly regarded knowledgebase database where you will lead on data-driven projects, write data-driven weekly articles and collaborate with reports, designers, editors and developers to bring data stories to life. You will lead on the production of industry-leading research report in the investment, agriculture, climate and foodtech industries and work with partners on commissioned research reports.
