Design Manager

Think Selection are delighted to be recruiting a Design Manager for an Award-winning Children’s Book Publishing company.

The company publishes a fantastic range of nonfiction, fiction and picture story books for young readers, which are inspiring, fun and educational with a strong visual appeal.

Your role will be as a design lead, where you’ll personally design new book projects from cover to cover and manage members of the design team.

We would welcome enquiries from Book Designers or Marketing Designers who are keen to contribute to bringing inspiring Children’s Books to life, and to manage more junior members of the team.

There is great flexibility with the role as hybrid working is offered, or you can be based fully-remotely in the UK with occasional visits to the offices depending on your proximity to the company’s offices.
