Our client, a leading media agency is looking for a Designer (Junior) to work in their London offices for a 12 month contract. You will work across a range of different publications from books to collectibles. Your role will be to provide support to the Product Development Manager and the Product Development Designer, assisting with strategy for creative direction on new and existing brands, overseeing product approvals and working to develop innovative publishing within the company.
The responsibilities of this role will involve providing feedback on design work while ensuring you keep to brand values and product quality. Amending book covers and layout, develop and maintain relationships and coordinate commissioning and delivery of artwork. You will also have an awareness of market trends and bring creative ideas to the team for new business opportunities and to set the design direction.
The ideal candidate will have a real interest in children's publications and strong graphic design and InDesign abilities. This is an amazing opportunity if you are looking to build on your print design skills and work within a busy and creative world leading organisation.
