Digital Marketing Data Analyst

A leading independent healthcare publisher is looking for a commercially minded and motivated Digital Data Analyst to join their digital marketing team to help optimise their independent portal for healthcare professionals.

As a Digital Marketing Analyst you will champion the use of web and mobile data to understand the company’s audience engagement with, and drive traffic to their digital portal.  This is a key role in optimising the website, to meet the needs of their evolving client base, while also managing the platform to deliver a user experience, centred on recommendation services and intelligent search.

The role will be a mixture of project-based work and day-to-day insight and analysis, the wider purpose of which is to give the business greater insight into how healthcare professionals interact with the organisation’s products, identify potential areas of improvement, as well as facilitating data-based assessment of possible initiatives.

The Digital Marketing Analyst will work directly with the Content Production and Product Development Teams to maximise user engagement and conversions.  You will also be responsible for providing insight to the Commercial and marketing functions to help shape new offerings.

Who we are Looking For:

We are looking for a commercially minded self-starter with proven experience in a digital marketing analytics or business intelligence role, with a track record of relating data to action, driving insight and recommendation. You will be highly proficient with analytics software including, Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager/Google Search Console – essential. You will also have proven experience of working with and manipulating data and a knowledge of web basics such as HTML, Javascript and URL structures. You will be adept at website optimisation and analytics, having in-depth knowledge in utilising CMS and a knowledge of SERP tracking programmes. The ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple priorities is also essential.

This role can be worked remotely and is a full-time permanent position.
