Digital Marketing Manager

Our client, a leading online bookseller and distributor, who offer a vast array of books across various genres, are in search of a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. As a digitally savvy and data-driven professional, you will spearhead the marketing initiatives, utilising your expertise in e-commerce platforms and Google Merchant Centre to expand our client's reach across various channels. Your passion for literature, combined with your creative flair and exceptional communication skills, will play a crucial role in elevating brand visibility and fostering growth.

In the fast-paced realm of e-commerce, this role presents an opportunity to devise and implement innovative marketing strategies aimed at boosting visibility and engagement. Your ability to craft compelling copy and irresistible promotions will attract a broader audience while ensuring continued engagement from existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Omni-channel marketing strategies to reach both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Utilise data insights to optimize campaigns and enhance customer engagement.
  • Manage Google Merchant Centre for effective product listings and visibility.
  • Create compelling copywriting content to attract and retain customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

We are seeking an ideal candidate with prior experience in either the publishing or book-selling industry, though it's not a strict requirement. A proven background in e-commerce platforms and proficiency in Google Merchant Centre, coupled with a successful history of executing B2B and B2C marketing campaigns is a must for this role and familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, Planable, and Mailchimp is a plus.
