Digital Product Manager, ELT

An opportunity has arisen for a Digital Product Manager, ELT to join a world renowned educational publisher where you'll work cross-functionally to deliver a range of digital education products and services. The role offers an excellent salary and benefits package, and hybrid working (with 2 days to be spent per week in the company's Oxford office).

As Digital Product Manager, ELT your main remit will be to transform and develop digital products, where you will be responsible for defining and maintaining roadmaps for the digital platforms, services or initiatives for your product area - delivering exceptional customer experience, while balancing the requirements of key stakeholders, technical limitations, and user experience best practice. You will also be responsible for understanding the market and competitive landscape and maintaining product roadmaps which are informed by market and customer problems.

The ideal Digital Product Manager, ELT will have proven market-facing product management experience and the ability to successfully define and deliver digital products through the full lifecycle. Although not essential, experience of educational product development as well as knowledge of the ELT or education / schools market, digital learning, assessment or the EdTech landscape would be valuable, as well as insight into current classroom needs of teachers and learners.
