Joining the Product Management team, you will play an important role in supporting the team and ensuring the timely delivery of content for their expanding digital portfolio, which spans subjects from Fashion to Architecture and more!

The role:

As a Digital Product Assistant, you'll be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of products and content updates, contributing significantly to the division's ongoing success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Product Management team with the timely delivery of updates and enhancements for digital products.
  • Creating and editing web pages, and uploading new content to the publisher's platform.
  • Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to discuss the addition of new content.
  • Becoming a product expert to assist with queries from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Services, and help with troubleshooting.
  • Identifying and reporting issues and bugs in new products.
  • Attending product meetings.
  • Providing website usage reports to identify opportunities for feature improvements.

This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in digital product development or web editing. You should have a calm, problem-solving mindset and a solid understanding of digital publishing, with experience in Content Management Systems (CMS) and/or coding (XML, HTML, CSS). Experience working with large data sets would be an additional advantage.
