Marketing Director (Journals)

Think Selection is delighted to be recruiting a Marketing Director for a leading and long established global Academic and Professional Publishing House.

The company publishes academic books and journals, and provides resources for librarians and academics to support research.

The Marketing Director is responsible for shaping and delivering the company’s OA marketing strategy.

You’ll lead Marketing teams in the UK and US and work closely with Marketing colleagues in other regions. As a global position your focus will be on driving growth in both established and emerging markets, collaborating with marketers worldwide.

You’ll develop a talented team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, resource and budget management, and setting and tracking targets and key performance metrics to ensure the success of submission-driven goals.

We’re looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing expert with an Open Access Journals Marketing background who can drive the Marketing strategy in both consumer and institutional markets through various marketing channels.
