International Sales Executive

DK International Publishing & Licensing are seeking a confident and enthusiastic International Sales Executive to join their team to grow English language Export sales in key international territories.

Main responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

  • organising and attending customer meetings, presenting new projects and attending key international book fairs
  • presentations & sales materials follow up
  • processing and tracking export orders
  • maintaining forecasting systems and databases & running customers reports
  • growing DK's market share across existing and new sales channels/customers

We’re looking for someone with a real passion for international publishing with one or two years of experience in sales (especially Export sales). Strong negotiation and organisational skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills are essential as is the ability to think on your feet and use your own initiative at all times.

Our ideal candidate will be proactive, with a can-do attitude, able to prioritise a varied and demanding workload and adapt to change.

They will be keen to learn new skills as well as be willing to go the extra mile to ensure an excellent customer service is provided.

Fluency in English and a second language are essential (with a preference for EMEA languages). Previous knowledge of Biblio, SAP, Business Objects or other publishing systems would be an advantage.

We are currently working remotely but we expect the role to transition back to our Embassy Gardens offices in London, when possible. Periodic international travel for business may be required.
