Personal Assistant - DK Knowledge

We are the world’s leading illustrated non-fiction Publisher and our DK Knowledge division creates amazing illustrated information books for older children and adults for a global audience. We are looking for an efficient and proactive Personal Assistant to look after the Publishing Director and his management team for our Knowledge division.

Your day will involve extensive diary management, booking meeting rooms, creating presentation documents with the creative teams, managing travel and entertainment, managing invoices and expenses, co-ordinating meeting agendas and taking minutes, fielding department queries, and organising tech for the management team.

We are currently hybrid working, with some days at home and some in our London office in Embassy Gardens, SW11. You’ll need to be a self-starter who is solutions focused and can build relationships across the business. This is a brilliant opportunity to build a career as a professional Personal Assistant in an inspirational team, and if you thrive in a busy environment and have the ambition to really make this role your own, we’d love to hear from you.

Salary range: £27k - £29k dependent on level of previous experience, plus bonus and benefits.

Please apply via CV and cover letter.
